When you have a lot of luggage or are short on time

If you are pulling a suitcase, going out through Exit 5 from the waiting hall is the shortest route. It is an outdoor area, so there are no time restrictions, but if you are about to take a KTX, we recommend going 10–15 minutes before departure to allow time for the ticket gates and getting to the platform.
